Employee recognition

Alongside other benefits, we also have two reward and recognition programmes open to all our staff. The Be Our Best Awards celebrate and recognise team members that embrace and live our values - empathy, integrity, humility and freedom. Anyone can win a Be Our Best Award - nominations are open to everyone internally and there’s no limit on how many people can win an award each month.

Our second programme is called Velocity. Velocity recognises and rewards those with raw talent, providing a unique opportunity for the winners to embark on a growth plan with personal coaching sessions.
