I joined Cloudfm as a team leader on our Helpdesk. Working on our Helpdesk is a great stepping stone to lots of other roles. I learned loads about the business and really developed my customer service skills. Since then I’ve been promoted four times!
As an account manager, I’m the central link between Cloudfm and my client. Building strong relationships, getting under the skin of their business and supporting them to achieve their vision is the most satisfying part of my role.
For me, career progression is really important, so working for a company that has ambitious growth plans and where I can see a future for myself is what gets me up every day.
