As a customer service advisor, it’s my role to give customers the best possible experience by ensuring their maintenance issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I recently took on the additional role of Champion which means I train and mentor any new starters on our helpdesk as well as championing great customer service. I love sharing my knowledge and experience with my new colleagues and seeing them grow in confidence. Several people that I trained up have since progressed to new roles at Cloudfm which gives me a real sense of satisfaction.
