Cloudfm is a business that’s evolving fast and that means there are often opportunities to progress or try something new. I’ve had several operational roles since joining and am now team leader for our technical support and engineering teams. It’s my job to make sure my teams deliver the ultimate customer experience.

Life balance is really important to me. I love spending time with my children and am an avid West Ham supporter! Having the flexibility to work around my family life means I can take a break in the afternoon to pick my kids up from school and it allows me to spend quality time with them. Knowing I can put my family first at work means a lot to me.
