Cloudfm’s success relies on the superior initiative and problem-solving abilities of our team, and our market leading training programme is key to helping us continue to deliver that as we grow. Our dedicated Academy facility is the cornerstone of this effort and, ahead of Academy Week at Cloudfm, this week we welcomed our Academy ambassadors, Sam Cook and Aaron Beard to the facility, to congratulate them both on another exceptional season with Essex cricket. In the 2018 season, the team consolidated their promotion to Division One with a third-place finish and a thrilling defeat of the eventual champions, Surrey, in the final game of the season.

Indeed, Sam and Aaron played no small part in this success, with Sam being awarded Young Player of The Year at this week’s Essex County Cricket Club End of Season Awards.

Through Cloudfm’s sponsorship of Essex County Cricket Club, we’re very proud to have Aaron and Sam’s support of the Academy programme. As we welcome 12 new apprentices to Cloudfm, we’re very pleased to have the support of two high achieving young people, who are able to lend their support and experience of achieving their goals through hard work, focus and determination.
