Cloudfm Academy launches ‘MyLearningMyWay’ initiative for employees

At Cloudfm we are dedicated to investing in our people and we are proud to offer continual learning and development opportunities to accelerate and build skillsets. As part of a new initiative, we’re very excited to share that our Academy has launched a brand-new learning portal, MyLearningMyWay. This social learning platform is accessible to everyone in the business and has been designed to allow employees to take control of their own development.

Not only will our staff be able to view and book upcoming training sessions held at the Academy, but they can also book a range of e-learning sessions and webinars that can be accessed anywhere, anytime – particularly beneficial for those that are field-based.

There’s something for everyone, with the opportunity to develop knowledge across a range of categories, including core business skills, video tutorials, health & safety, and software and tools training. For example, subjects include; How to structure impactful presentations, Managing time and pressure, Problem solving and decision making and Introduction to project management.

The MyLearingMyWay portal is another great example of Cloudfm being an exceptional investor in our people. By being able to offer staff the ability to train on-site at our state-of-the-art Academy, we are showing how much we value them and their commitment to our clients and our organisation.
