Cloudfm runs on the expertise, commitment and knowledge of our staff. We couldn’t deliver the quality of service we do without our teams’ insight and understanding of the challenges our clients face every day. To help foster this culture, and develop our teams’ knowledge of our clients’ specific business challenges, we run regular ‘Client Weeks’, where we work with our clients in turn to produce a number of specially themed activities for our team members.
At first glance, it might seem like just a bit of fun, but the outcome that we drive through this initiative is an important one: all Cloudfm team members, from the Helpdesk to the operational specialists, must have the best possible understanding of our clients’ businesses. With this knowledge, every member of the team is equipped to help our clients meet their facilities management and wider business objectives.
This week Cloudfm’s teams have been getting under the skin of Prezzo and Chimichanga.
Leon Seabrook, Cloudfm’s Account Manager for Prezzo, commented:
“In-depth understanding of our clients’ businesses is a vital part of how we build a productive, long-term relationship with them. Our client weeks are a key part of how we build that understanding in the business.”
“By continuing to develop and a company-wide insight into the challenges our clients face, we can ensure that our FM programme helps them meet their strategic objectives.”
