Cloudfm is delighted to announce the launch of Perform Issue Two. Launched in October 2018, Perform magazine brings together insights and opinions from all across the business world and further afield, offering insights and perspectives on the key challenges in business, economics and facilities management.

In the run up to the launch of Issue 2, the team have carried out interviews and gathered insight from the worlds of business, academia, sport and the military, with a focus on the theme of decision making.

The second edition of Perform includes interviews with:

  • Christian Horner, Team Principle of Aston Martin Red Bull Racing. Horner speaks about how he makes decision in the heat of a race – and how he empowers his team of 800 to make the myriad of decisions that lead to success at the end of a race.
  • Eliza Manningham-Buller, former Director General of MI5 – Baroness Manningham-Buller discusses how leaders can build mutually supportive relationships with their teams.
  • Mandy Hickson, former fast jet pilot with the Royal Air Force – Hickson explains how the organisation supports its pilots to make effective decisions – and what business leaders can learn from its approach

The latest edition of Perform is available now and can be read here, and printed copies are available on request.

We welcome feedback and should you have any thoughts on the content of this or future editions, or even wish to contribute to the magazine itself, then we would be very happy to hear from you. Please feel free to contact our Perform team at editorial@perform.online.
