Cloudfm launches research report with BIFM

At Cloudfm we are committed to raising the status and value of the FM industry, so we need to be able to answer questions such as:

  • What constitutes value and innovation?
  • How can FM professionals gain more status at senior level?
  • How can service providers create more sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships with clients?
  • How can we attract talent to the industry?

This is why we partnered with the BIFM to commission an independent research company to interview more than 150 senior managers who are responsible for FM expenditure in some of the UK’s largest companies.

The findings reveal a distinctive lack of trust between managers and suppliers, with one third revealing there is no trust at all. Trustworthy data and real-time information were cited as solutions to this problem by 55% of respondents – a view that was echoed at Board level.
