In the next step of our journey to change the rules facilities management, Cloudfm is proud to announce the release of the Freedom Client App – further enhancing the most advanced technology platform in the FM industry.
Cloudfm’s technology platform was designed from the start to generate efficiencies by encouraging productive behaviours amongst site and operational managers. The Cloudfm Freedom Client App builds on this foundation, aligning facilities management technology with contemporary expectations, and guiding user behaviour by reflecting the familiar design principles of popular consumer apps.
Underpinned by a powerful artificial intelligence system, the Freedom Client App radically compresses the time taken to log a job on a client’s site, while increasing the accuracy of data capture.
With an intuitive, engaging user experience, the new app gives managers in busy customer environments access to the full power of the Cloudfm Freedom platform, without having to move from the shop floor.
And, with push-notification functionality and smartwatch integration, the App also provides real-time updates on tasks within the system, such as engineer arrival times and quote approvals.
This extends to the tailored view for operations managers, who can review and approve quote requests and receive trading status updates across multiple sites, while on the move.
Launched by Cloudfm CIO Steve Corbett at an exclusive event in Central London, the Cloudfm Freedom Client App is set to save our existing client base some £2m in its first year alone.
Simultaneously, we also released the latest Cloudfm white paper, ‘CAFM must die’, which explores in detail how conventional technology has not effectively tackled the economic and cultural challenges endemic to the FM industry.
Commenting after the event, Cloudfm Chief Executive Jeff Dewing said:
“Our advanced technology platform has always been a cornerstone of Cloudfm’s success, facilitating our processes and empowering our teams.
“The Freedom Client App is the next step in our mission to change the rules of what’s possible in FM. The gains it offers to our clients are extraordinary, allowing us to deliver an even higher quality of service while generating significant extra cost reductions.
“We’ve already had some fantastic feedback from our clients during testing, and we’re looking forward to rolling out the technology across our clients’ estates.”
