At Cloudfm everyone works hard to deliver service excellence to our clients, but some get the chance to go the extra mile. We believe outstanding contributions should be rewarded so, every month, our GEM awards recognise those that have excelled in their jobs and gone beyond the call of duty. This week, CEO, Jeff Dewing, presented the awards to two deserving winners in front of co-workers and a live link up to our Spanish team in the Barcelona office.

One of our Facilities Coordinators was nominated for a GEM Award thanks to his ability to keep calm under pressure, and his dedication to doing the right thing. After a business continuity issue occurred on a client’s site, our colleague went above and beyond to make sure the site was could resume trading as quickly as possible.

When a client learned that a film crew were due to commence filming at one of its sites, one of our Regional Maintenance Technicians stepped in to ensure that the restaurant was in top notch condition. Our colleague made it his priority to complete a list of odd jobs (including changing the door handles and lights, and repainting all the door frames in the restaurant, plus a whole lot more).

As a thank you for their efforts, these two will take part in a three day workshop with other GEM winners, at Cloudfm’s Barcelona offices. It’s investments like this that make Cloudfm a great place to work and keep us all doing the best we can for our colleagues as well as our clients.
