Fast-growing facilities management company Cloudfm Group is pleased to announce the appointment of new Account Manager Katie Harvey. Having worked with some of the most well known retail and restaurant brands, Katie is an exciting addition to the Group.
During her 10 years in the FM industry, Katie’s experience working client-side and for major FM providers has given her an invaluable insight into a variety of sectors. Her previous accounts include fashion brands H&M and Laura Ashley, retail giant Debenhams, and casual dining restaurant and pub JD Wetherspoon, where Katie managed the supply chain for over 900 buildings. This unique perspective combined with Katie’s knowledge and energy is the perfect mix to help drive Cloudfm Group forward.
“I wanted to be part of a business that is going somewhere and that’s making noise in the industry,” says Katie, on her decision to join Cloudfm. “Everyone is so passionate and they understand the importance of people. I like that we’re trying to drive what’s happening in the industry rather than following the traditional path.”
Access to the advanced technology and real-time data provided by Cloudfm’ system also attracted Katie to the Group. “I’ve never worked for a company where data is so readily available. It helps me to be a better Account Manager. Because I’ve been on the client side too, I understand what works and what doesn’t. Cloudfm Group is so open about what they’re trying to do. There are no grand promises that can’t be delivered on. The results speak for themselves.”
Katie’s new role will see her working with key clients in the Cloudfm Group portfolio, as well identifying further opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Katie will also focus on taking Cloudfm’s strategic offering to the next level.
