Dominating the UK’s fashion market, Oasis and Warehouse are some of the best-known high-street brands in the UK. There are 104 Oasis and Warehouse stores across the UK and Ireland which all need to be maintained in pristine condition to ensure a superior customer experience. This is why the brands appointed Cloudfm to manage their estate in 2013.
By adopting a more systematic and comprehensive approach to monthly visits, Cloudfm’s team of multi-skilled engineers were able to reduce the number of reactive tasks across the portfolio by 44% over a 12-month period.
Signiﬁcant savings were achieved as a result, with total spend reducing by 17% in Year 1 (compared with the previous provider) and 22% in Year 2. At the same time, Cloudfm also delivered improvements in vital systems such as lighting and air conditioning.
As a result of these improvements in cost, service quality and compliance, Cloudfm were retained by both brands as FM partners in July 2015.
