Essex Working Well, is a programme that helps organisations to develop and improve workplace wellbeing.
Achieving accreditation, shows we’re meeting a recognised standard and gives our colleagues access to a range of resources, training, and networks to keep improving our wellbeing support.
To achieve Level 1, we demonstrated that we’re actively creating a workplace that cares, including:
Policies that support wellbeing across the organisation
Effective communications channels to share initiatives and engage colleagues
Workplace needs assessments to understand what matters most to everyone
Training to champion wellbeing throughout Cloud
Our 2026 wellbeing strategy, backed by concrete initiatives
Our 2026 roadmap builds on this momentum. It sets out how we’ll continue to listen and act, to support colleagues’ wellbeing and make Cloud an even better place to work. Key focuses include:
Quarterly themes with strategic outcomes
Speaker sessions for targeted topics
Emphasis on collaboration and in-person connection
End of year analysis and recommendations
