We are delighted to have been named as finalists in the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2026.

This fabulous accolade is in recognition of our firm belief that a supportive workplace that puts people first, is the cornerstone of our success with clients and our strong sense of community at Cloud.

That’s why our team are so #ProudtobeCloud.

A few of the activities and the support structure behind them, are highlighted below.  We hope sharing these will inspire your own quest to putting your people at the centre of your business strategy for 2026: and in turn, not only to support your teams but also to reap the benefits to your business of a happy, supported and genuinely cared-for workforce.

Led by our dedicated HR team, Cloud’s leadership champion employee wellbeing, by embedding it into everyday practices – from policies and benefits to open conversations and proactive support. With a diverse remote workforce spread across 4 global regions, our strategy is designed to ensure every colleague feels supported, valued, and able to thrive both personally and professionally.

We don’t just talk about employee wellbeing—we live it. Our consistently high engagement scores, including strong results in work-life balance, reflects our commitment. We act on employee feedback, introducing a clear wellbeing calendar accessible via our intranet platform, and creating initiatives like our “My Mental Health and Me” podcast to encourage openness and shared experiences across all levels of the business. When stress from workloads emerged as a concern, we responded with a stress resilience webinar that received excellent feedback and made a real impact. Our feedback tab allows continuous input, ensuring our Health and Wellbeing programme evolves with people’s needs. At CloudFM, wellbeing isn’t a box-tick—it’s a culture.

In 2023 we launched a series of impactful wellbeing initiatives that show our genuine commitment to our employees. We introduced “Birthday Off on Us,” giving every team member a paid day to celebrate their birthday—a small but meaningful gesture to promote work-life balance. Through our partnership with Essex Working Well, we offer NHS Health Checks onsite, making it easier for employees to prioritise their physical health. We’ve hosted powerful “Lunch and Learn” sessions focused on women’s health in collaboration with CoppaFeel and The Eve Appeal, increasing awareness and early detection. We actively support men’s health too, raising funds for Movember. Our wellbeing portal allows staff to book confidential time with trained Wellbeing Guides, and we regularly post helpful articles on topics like heart health and financial wellbeing. A dedicated list of resources and helplines is also available, ensuring support is always accessible. These milestones reflect our proactive, inclusive approach to workplace wellbeing.

This work has created a supportive culture where wellbeing is prioritised. A male employee attended a breast cancer awareness session to better support his daughters, showing the personal impact of our initiatives. Quarterly check-ins now include a wellbeing section, giving managers insight into team morale. If scores are lower than average, employees are encouraged to create a Personal Wellness Plan, prompting meaningful conversations. Our NHS Health Checks have directly impacted employees by encouraging them to act when needed. The wellbeing plan we use helps managers proactively support individuals and teams alike.

We started this business to make a positive change in the FM industry—and we bring that same purpose to how we support our people. We’re committed to wellbeing, with plans to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month and initiatives focused on both men’s and women’s physical and mental health, including guest speakers. We’re also working towards an Essex Working Well accreditation, reinforcing our long-term commitment to a healthier, more supportive workplace.
