Cloud makes BusinessCloud’s PropTech 50 ranking for 2026
Innovation ranking celebrates UK businesses of all sizes creating technology to transform the property sector

Readers of online technology publication BusinessCloud and an expert judging panel together decided the 50 most innovative start-ups, scaleups and established technology firms in property.
Cloud made the cut with the continued development of our proprietary Freedom Facilities Management work-flow management and patented Mindsett predictive maintenance platforms. Mindsett is now being deployed across regions globally.
The PropTech 50 celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech solutions for real estate, construction, the built environment and building and asset management.
“PropTech is becoming smarter, greener – and increasingly powered by AI,” said Jonathan Symcox, editor of BusinessCloud.
“This year’s ranking showcases innovators tackling real-world challenges across the entire property lifecycle – from urban planning and construction to sales, rentals, energy efficiency and building and asset management.
“These companies are solving genuine problems rather than simply digitising existing processes.”
BusinessCloud called on its readers to vote for companies from the 130-strong shortlist over seven days. A combination of these votes and choices from an expert judging panel determined the top 50.
