Earlier this week our Cloudfm Talent Team went along to the Colchester Institute Apprenticeship Fair to introduce our company to the next generation of leaders in the FM industry.
Cloudfm’s mission is to change the FM industry for the better, and that depends on attracting, retaining and developing the best talent, at all levels of the company. Our Apprenticeship Programme is a vital part of that effort, bringing in the best, the brightest, and the most ambitious, right at the start of their careers.
Launched last year, our Apprenticeship Programme currently has 4 apprentices who are working across key departments around the business. Following on from this successful beginning, this year we are expanding our apprenticeship opportunities, offering a further 12 vacancies across a variety of business functions.
In 2017, Cloudfm opened its industry-first Academy building, running a wide range of expert-led training courses to support the training and development of our teams, and our new intake of Apprentices will gain the full benefit of this facility.
Our investment in talent, training and development is another powerful demonstration of our commitment to the future of our industry, and of the communities we work in.
