Wolseley UK, the UK’s leading distributor of plumbing and heating products, has appointed Cloudfm to manage all planned and reactive maintenance across its extensive estate.
Cloudfm brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the estate, having managed the facilities at Wolseley UK’s head office in Leamington Spa for the last 3 years. During that time, the Cloudfm team also helped Wolseley UK to achieve a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and advised on the build of its European Data Centre, which recently won an RAC Cooling Award.
Appointing Cloudfm to manage maintenance across Wolseley UK’s property portfolio, which comprises circa 1000 buildings over 750 sites in the UK and Northern Ireland, was an easy decision, as John Page, National Facilities and Property Compliance Manager for Wolseley UK, explained:
