This week is National Apprentice week. And our Academy team have been celebrating with Cloudfm’s apprentices, with a series of special training sessions focused on workplace collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Not only did we celebrate as a company, our Academy and resourcing team went along to Colchester Institute’s Apprenticeship Event, to talk about the great opportunities for apprentices at Cloudfm.
Cloudfm are passionate about training and developing talented people, so much so that last year we opened our dedicated Academy building, the first facility of its type in our industry.
Our Academy and Training team support a number of apprentices working for Cloudfm. Our apprentices are developing their skills in different areas across the business, and their ambition and dedication contributes significantly to the success of the organisation.
Also, this week we were thrilled to award Safia Clark, one of our apprentices, with our Going the Extra Mile (GEM) award. Safia is working towards finishing her apprenticeship later this year and demonstrates enthusiasm, real eagerness to learn and an outstanding positive attitude.
Karl Clark, one of Cloudfm’s apprentices, said:
“Cloudfm looked like a fun, professional and forward-thinking company. I also wanted to be part of something that is growing at an extraordinary rate.
“I was very nervous at first but even after my first day I felt part of the Cloudfm family because everyone is so friendly, approachable and helpful.”
