We all need the tools to deal with stress. Whether at work, with family or friends, or simply dealing with difficult day to day situations. And at Cloudfm, we take each others’ wellbeing very seriously. Our philosophy, is to look out for the person on your left and the person on your right, to check-in with them and how they’re feeling.

With continuous support from our Wellbeing Guides (qualified Mental Health First Aiders), through to private health care provision and an Employee Assistance programme available 24/7, all of our colleagues have access to support through life’s ups and downs.

So a massive thank you to Dr Audrey Tang for presenting a fantastic webinar to our team yesterday. Sharing the practical – no cost – techniques that we can all use immediately to calm ourselves in moments of stress and to help us build longer term resilience.
We’ll look forward to using the follow up workbook and continuing to benefit from your expertise.
