Co-founder of Cloudfm, Jeff thinks big to inspire others. He started his career as a refrigeration and air-conditioning engineer before serving as a board director for FM companies turning over in excess of £100 million. This grassroots experience has led to a deep understanding of the FM industry and all the ways in which it needs to be improved, something reflected in the ethos and practices of Cloudfm.
As CEO, Jeff has a relentless drive to bring excellence to this industry, championing the need for the best technology running alongside the most stringent processes and expert people.
His extensive operational knowledge, together with his expertise in designing and building IT database-driven systems, underpins the practical application of the Cloudfm philosophy. He brings exceptional operational and management experience to the leadership team.

As Chief Operating Officer, Terry supports Cloudfm’s growth plans in the UK and overseas, driving our aim to lead digital transformation in the industry.
Terry is responsible for business development and commercial operations and ensures quality and client success across operations and the supply chain.
Terry’s wealth of experience supports our goal to become a global leader in technology-driven total asset care. Optimising our proprietary technology and delivery model that drives sustainability and creates efficiencies through predictive maintenance, transparent supply chain management and local sourcing, Terry will be instrumental in encouraging large companies to embrace this approach as part of their plans for net-zero.
Terry is a UK chartered building services engineer with over 30 years’ experience, and before joining Cloudfm, had a 15-year career with ISS, where he was group vice president, responsible for enterprise and corporate development. His focus was to develop client-specific multi-country facilities management solutions for leading global brands.

Chris draws on over three decades’ experience of risk management, governance, asset optimisation, organisational change and corporate services design and delivery in the fields of FM, real estate and infrastructure. Prior to joining Cloudfm, he held positions with British Gas, UKAEA and Deutsche Bank, including board directorships of a number of the bank’s UK subsidiary companies. He has also held several advisory board roles in the not for profit sector.
Chris has a degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford, and has studied Management at the London Business School and at Reading University. He is a Member of the Institute of Management Services and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.
As a Non-Executive Director, Lois’ broad experience brings a rounded and informed view to the business as well as expertise across all aspects of people and culture. Lois has a career spanning many years, with significant Board-level experience for international businesses across a range of sectors. As a strategic HR consultant, Lois specialises in business transformation and growth through the development and delivery of people strategies.
In addition to her career in HR and her experience as a change strategist, Lois has served as a chairman of trustees for an employee pension fund. She is also a qualified schoolteacher and an ambassador for the Princes Trust Charity.
Haydn is an experienced CEO, CFO and Board advisor with more than 10 years operating at FTSE 250 Plc Board level in the UK and over 30 years in the Contracting, Services and Development sectors.
Haydn’s oversight brings great rigour to our financial management and accounting reporting. Providing guidance to the finance team and senior colleagues to strengthen our reporting, processes and investment decisions.
Strategically minded with a focus on growth and improvement in business performance, Haydn has undertaken two Class 1 acquisitions, significant restructuring and disposal programmes as part of his senior management roles in the UK and worldwide.
Additionally, he has implemented a number of initiatives to improve Safety, Customer Experience and Employee Retention and overseen the introduction of a fully functioning Oracle ERP system. Haydn is an open minded, approachable Chartered Accountant (KPMG London) with a broad range of financial and management skills.
Kate joined the business in July 2018 and now leads the company’s finance function, driving continuous improvement, overseeing a talented team, and supporting further expansion.
Kate trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in accountancy practice with a focus on corporate audit and advisory work.
Since leaving practice in 2010, Kate has held a variety of finance management and project roles including at Atalian Servest and Greene King. She has extensive knowledge of the facilities management sector and the management of large, complex estates, together with her high-level experience in adding value to a business through exemplary management accounting practices.
