The new two storey Cloudfm House is located in Severalls Industrial Estate, Colchester, Essex, and will be the company’s new headquarters. The luxury office will also be home to a state-of-the-art training centre as well as many administrative functions. Cloudfm will retain its original 18,000 sq. ft. Colchester office in Oyster House where the technical helpdesk and operations form the heart of the business.
Cloudfm now employs over 225 people and is currently recruiting new staff at a rate of 20 per month. In particular, its Shared Services division has nearly doubled in size within 9 months, retaining prestigious contracts with Poundland and Wolseley UK and expanding its Small Works and Shutters and Doors divisions.
Cloudfm House adds to the current portfolio of buildings, with a Harlow office for Cloudfm’s Shutters and Doors Division due to open in October. An office for critical spares opened in Newark back in June, as well as new premises in London.
