Proud to join the Science-Based Targets initiative

The first stage of our Science-Based Target has been approved by the SBTi – Science-Based Targets initiative. We are also committed to the Business Ambition for 1.5 degrees C campaign, making us a part of the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change), Race to Zero campaign.

This is just the start! Our targets are extending to our supply chain and taking responsibility for all emissions related to our business and we are proud to be part of the solution.

The latest climate science from the IPCC – described by the UN as “code red for humanity” – shows it is still possible to limit global temperature rise to 1.5°C, but we are dangerously close to that threshold. The importance of rapid and deep emission cuts in halving global emissions before 2030 and achieving net-zero before 2050 cannot be overstated.

If you wish to join us in aligning with climate science by committing to science-based 1.5°C and net-zero targets find out more about the SBTi and how to join, here: www.sciencebasedtargets.org
