As our relationship with our valued client TUI continues to strengthen, they have again shared the results of their annual survey of all staff across their 300 high street stores.
Among other topics, this survey digs deep into how Cloud’s teams are performing. Covering our account management, Helpdesk teams, and our visiting engineers, we get to learn how we are doing.
The highlights of this year’s survey are:
Total Score out of 5 – 4.4 – representing an 88% satisfaction score
We achieved an overall Net Promoter Score of +35 – in our industry +20 to +30 is considered good.
Engineers’ performance (attitude, friendliness, and competence) 4.7/5 – an outstanding 94% satisfaction for our engineers.
87% of users find our software (Freedom) easy to use (Neutral – extremely easy)
