As Cloudfm’s operations and client base expands, the size of our team continues to grow with it, and this week we were delighted to hold a series of new starter sessions at our Academy. Presented by the members of our board, these inspiring and engaging sessions are run once a month and provide our latest recruits with an insight into the foundations of Cloudfm’s success.
Our CEO, Jeff Dewing, kick started the week off with an overview of the company’s unique purpose. Unlike other FM providers, Cloudfm was founded with a true purpose – to restore trust in the facilities management industry. Jeff explained how we develop the best trained teams, apply the most effective processes, and create the most advanced technology to solve systemic challenges in FM.
Jeff’s session was supported by Commercial Director Adam Clayfield, who explained what makes Cloudfm unique and how we are differentiated from the rest of the industry. Adam outlined his view of the main industry challenges, such as lack of control and measurement, and manual intervention on processes.
The new starter sessions were tied up with a visionary session from our CIO, Steve Corbett, on how Cloudfm is leading the way in technology in FM. Steve presented an overview of the flaws in traditional FM technology, and how Cloudfm is using established and emerging technologies to change the rules of what’s possible.
Together these sessions offered new starters the opportunity to hear about what makes Cloudfm special, from some of those who take ultimate responsibility for realising the company’s purpose and vision.
