Our Supply Chain Partners are fundamental to our success, particularly as we continue to grow at such a pace, and we have therefore created a dedicated department to support you. The Cloudfm Supply Chain Team are there to introduce new contractors, approve terms, manage performance, and generally be a resource for information and support. Day to day issues will continue to be managed by our account management team as usual.
The Supply Chain Team is now headed up by Kerri Brill, who you will doubtless meet over the coming months as she settles into her new role. Kerri brings over 10 years’ experience in FM, including managing operations in East Anglia and the North East for ISS.
Kerri is supported by an experienced team, including Katie Day (formerly Brooks) and Holly Penn-Bowen, who you may already know. Our aim is to work more closely with suppliers to ensure that our systems and processes align with your business, and that we communicate regularly with any updates and useful information (such as statutory changes that affect you).
