Coming soon – many of you have asked if we have a mechanism for considering requests for upward adjustments in hourly rates. We appreciate that there may be a few upward pressures on costs, but equally we rely on all our supply chain partners to professionally manage costs and look for efficiencies and savings rather than simply expect clients to pick up the tab.
That said, we also firmly believe in the principle of rewarding good performance. That’s why we are introducing a KPI performance reward. Based on the existing processes for monitoring and reporting on supply chain performance versus agreed SLA targets, we will shortly be applying a general uplift in rates as a reward for those of our supply chain partners who consistently meet or exceed SLAs. The rate increase opportunity will come into effect early in 2016, just as soon as we have activated the necessary system features.
